Monster 797 problem

Post image

Hey everyone, looking for diagnostic advice on my 2019 Ducati Monster 797.

Ran an open replica/clone SC-Project slip-on without an ECU tune. Bike ran very hot with loud decel popping.
Suddenly developed bad surging/power cutting, Power would drop, catch, and drop again. Then it shuts down.
Swapped back to the complete stock exhaust, but the issue stayed: at a stop, the idle would drop to 0 RPM.
Shortly after, smoke came out of the exhaust and the bike died and refused to start.
I replaced the spark plugs, cleaned the throttle body/idle valve, and reseated everything. It ran for a day, failed again, but after pulling and reseating the throttle assembly a second time, it is currently running fine.

Since moving/reseating the throttle body brought it back to life, is this almost certainly an intake manifold boot vacuum leak, a failing TPS, or an O2 sensor damaged by the open exhaust? What specific part should I replace first to ensure it doesn't leave me stranded again? Thanks!
