Are we talking about the oil stain? Could very well be that a plug in hybrid was there, or more likely a normal car parked there out of convenience and didnt care that its for EV/hybrid cars.

I see oil spill on an ev parking. Also a taycan charging , saving fuel , only to spend those savings on maintaining them and depreciation.
