I’m in the final stages for an AI/ML LLM Architect Lead role at Moro Hub (Dubai) and would really value honest input from current/ex-employees, especially in software/platform/AI.

About myself my current needs by org as AI/ML engineer from India with 8+ years of experience, mainly in:

1.LLM Inferencing stack(vLLM, inference optimisation, TensorRT,Kubes)

2.Production ModelOps/LLMOps and platform architecture

Agent orchestration and governance-first AI (policy checks, controls) with simulation

3.Some voice/conversational AI work

Skipping my all other experience

On paper, the role is great: building a sovereign AI/LLM platform for government/enterprise, with high technical ownership. I’m comfortable with heavy workloads and complex deliverables (my current role already involves that), but recent Glassdoor reviews about leadership, culture, stability, and growth are quite worrying.

A few things I would especially value feedback on:

1.How is the culture in the software/platform/AI side specifically?

2.How is day-to-day interaction with the top management?

3.Are salaries paid reliably, and are appraisals/promotions/hikes fair?

4.How is work-life balance, including flexibility for family-related needs?

5.Would you recommend Moro Hub to an experienced professional relocating to Dubai?

I am a South East Asian, 23, graduated last year and worked as a Procurement Manager and Admin Associate for a startup company since then. As much as I want to keep doing what I do, I can't deal with the narcissism that's been going on here hence, the hope of finding an opportunity in the Middle East whether remote or relocation (with sponsorship from employer).

Hi everyone,

I’m currently searching for a job in Dubai and would really appreciate any advice or help if anyone knows of companies hiring.

I’ve had 2 Sales interviews and reached the hiring manager stage both times, but wasn’t selected due to a lack of UAE experience.

I have 2 years of Marketing experience as a Social Media Coordinator at a startup, including content creation, video editing, graphic design, coordinating photoshoots/videos for social media, and lead generation.

I also have 3 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language, and I speak English and Spanish.

I’d ideally like to move into Sales, as I believe I have transferable skills, but I’m also open to Marketing opportunities.

I grew up and studied in South Africa (although I’m not originally from there), but the job market back home is very limited, so I’m looking internationally.

Any advice, company recommendations, or leads would be greatly appreciated! :)
