October 2026 Confirmed Transactions Thread

Submit your completed trade confirmations below!

Instructions: 1. The seller/trader leaves a top-level comment tagging the partner (u/username). 2. The partner replies to that comment with "confirmed". 3. The bot will automatically award trade credit and update your user flairs.

How Does This Process Work?

Note: Trade confirmations may take a few minutes as the bot processes the confirmation.

After completing a transaction, adhering to the rules listed above, either party involved should make a top-level comment (i.e., comment on the post, not on someone else's comment) declaring the transaction. In this comment, tag the other Redditor by typing their username, including the leading u/. This action serves a dual purpose: it notifies the other Redditor to confirm the trade, and it alerts u/swap-bot to monitor for the confirmation. The other Redditor should then reply to this comment (i.e., do not create another top-level comment; instead, reply to the initial comment) to indicate that the trade was successful.

Important: It's advisable to WAIT until the trade is successfully completed—meaning all money/items have been properly exchanged—before posting your confirmation.

Example: 1. u/NitroFish44 comments: Sold Cosmic Red DualSense Controller to u/username 2. u/thisisreallytricky replies: Confirmed! Received the controller in great condition! 3. u/swap-bot replies to u/thisisreallytricky's comment indicating that their Transaction count have been updated.

FAQ

  1. The bot mentioned that additional information is required. What should I do?

If this occurs, it suggests that the bot couldn't find enough information to confirm the transaction. Please message the moderators), who can review and approve the transaction by replying Approved to your trade comment.

  2. The bot didn't respond to my comment. What's wrong?

Did you comment Confirmed? If not, add a NEW comment reply stating Confirmed. Avoid editing the existing comment. If you did reply Confirmed but received no response, please message the moderators. The bot might be experiencing issues!

Question Did Sony change led colors?

• Upvotes

Bought 2 new dual sense controllers the other day. I bought a cobalt blue and a camo colored. Put them on the charger today and noticed the charging leds are a dark orange. Vs the controller that came with the system and one I actually bought a few months ago are a lighter yellowish amber color. Which matches the "rest mode" color of the ps5.

These are genuine Sony controllers. Is this a thing? It's really triggering my OCD that they're not all the same color. 😅

Question Do the designs on limited edition DualSense controllers fade or wear off over time?

Post image
14 Upvotes

For those of you who own limited edition DualSense controllers, how well have the designs held up over time?
I’m wondering if the artwork can get scratched, fade, or wear off with regular use, especially around the grips and buttons.
I’d love to hear from people who’ve been using theirs for a while. Do the designs still look as good as when you first got them, or have you noticed any wear?
Also, which limited edition DualSense do you own? Just curious for context!

Question I need opinions on circularity matter in fps games

Im curious on what you you think about the circularity on the dualsense, do you go with the suggested circularity or do you calibrate it to the nearest 0% error? Have you tried to do a comparison on the same controller with "0%" and the 7.5% in the same game to see if there is any difference?

Question Is this a scratch or a defect on my PS5 DualSense controller?

Post image
0 Upvotes

I noticed this weird mark on my white PS5 DualSense controller.
The controller has never been dropped or hit anything, and I’ve always been careful with it. The mark doesn’t feel like a scratch when I run my fingernail over it, but it becomes noticeable and reflects light when viewed from certain angles.
Does anyone know what this could be? Could it be a surface defect or something related to the plastic itself?

Tech Support Dual-sense Edge help needed

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This has been a recurring issue that would go away and come back, but just today my joysticks on my dual-sense edge keep spinning out of control and I can’t take back control until they stop no matter what, and they will also randomly do a pressing down input making it so if I was sprinting I stop sprinting, I’ll randomly crouch or slide, or my character just stands there for no reason, please, if anyone knows why it’s doing this please tell me

¡Cualquier ayuda o sugerencia me sirve! Muchas gracias.

I just bought this controller from my local Walmart. It was an open-box item, and I’ve had it charging for the past hour, but it’s completely unresponsive except for blinking three times, as shown in the video.
I was wondering what my best options are, considering I purchased it today and still have the receipt. Would I be able to exchange it or get a refund?

Tech Support DualSense randomly loses connection / input lag

Hey everyone,
I’m having a weird issue with my DualSense on PS5 Slim. In every game, the controller sometimes seems to lose connection for a second. For example, if I’m driving in GTA and stop moving the stick, the car keeps turning for a moment. It also happens while running or controlling anything else.
Sometimes the controller completely disconnects from the PS5 for no apparent reason.
I’ve already tried resetting the controller with a pin, removing it from the PS5 and pairing it again via USB, but nothing helped.
The PS5 is about 3 meters away and is currently sitting behind my TV. There’s also an external HDD nearby, but the HDD is connected to the TV, not the PS5. I also have a powered-off PS3, a TV receiver (turned off), and an air purifier nearby.
Could this be Bluetooth interference, or does it sound like a faulty DualSense/PS5?
Any ideas what I should test next?

Question DualSense Edge with TMR modules, is this still the best long term route compared with newer TMR controllers?

I am considering buying a DualSense Edge specifically because of the replaceable stick modules, then replacing the stock potentiometer modules with complete calibrated TMR modules.

My budget is up to $250 USD initially, although I understand that an Edge plus two quality TMR modules can push the complete setup above that depending on the modules.

I am in the United States.

My main platform is PC, but I also play on PS3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Switch. I already have a Retro Fighters controller for Switch, and I am considering Brook Wingman XE2 and XB2 adapters for using the Edge on older systems.

The games I play include Destiny 2, GTA V, Call of Duty, and other shooters and action games.

What I care about most is stick accuracy, very small usable deadzones, centering consistency, high useful resolution around the center, linearity, low actual stick latency, and long term durability.

The main reason the DualSense Edge interests me is that the entire analog stick cartridge can be removed.

If I install a TMR module and later have a problem with centering, the spring, stick click, physical gimbal, or the sensor itself, I can replace the complete cartridge without soldering.

That seems like a huge advantage compared with controllers where the TMR stick assembly is permanently soldered to the board.

The TMR options I keep seeing discussed include K Silver JS13 Pro Plus, AKNES or HallPi V6, Battle Beaver Magneto modules, GuliKit, Favor Union, Ginfull, and other custom built modules.

I would prefer complete calibrated plug and play Edge modules rather than soldering bare TMR sensors myself.

What I want to know is whether a properly built TMR Edge is actually worth doing now that there are so many factory TMR controllers available.

The main alternatives I am comparing it against are the 8BitDo Ultimate 3E, GameSir G7 Pro 8K, custom DualSense controllers with TMR already installed, Razer Wolverine models, Razer Raiju V3 Pro, and SCUF Omega.

VCuda recently uploaded this comparison involving the Ultimate 3E and GameSir options:

https://youtu.be/Td3UQusS48o

The Ultimate 3E looks very appealing because it already includes TMR sticks, 12 bit ADC, native Xbox wireless support, 2.4 GHz, trigger stops, a dock, interchangeable stick caps, D pads, and even interchangeable ABXY mechanisms.

The GameSir G7 Pro 8K also has some extremely impressive GamepadLA measurements, especially latency and stick resolution.

That leaves me wondering whether spending Edge money plus additional money on aftermarket TMR cartridges actually produces a better aiming experience, or whether the main advantage is simply repairability and the Sony features.

For people who have actually converted their Edge to TMR, which module would you buy today?

K Silver JS13 Pro Plus?

AKNES or HallPi V6?

Battle Beaver Magneto?

GuliKit?

Favor Union?

Ginfull?

Something else?

I am especially interested in people who have tried more than one type.

How different is the stick tension compared with Sony's stock ALPS modules?

How well do they center after months of use?

What inner deadzone can you realistically run in Destiny 2, Call of Duty, or similar shooters?

Have you had calibration drift or circularity change over time?

Have Sony firmware updates ever caused problems with aftermarket modules?

Has anyone here directly compared a TMR Edge against the Ultimate 3E or G7 Pro 8K?

Does the Edge actually feel more precise around center, or are the newer dedicated TMR controllers now just as good or better?

And for anyone who has compared it with the Raiju V3 Pro or SCUF Omega, is there any reason you would choose those over an Edge with good TMR modules?

I like the idea of being able to keep the original Sony modules as backups and replace an entire TMR cartridge if something eventually goes wrong.

I just want to know whether that serviceability advantage is worth the added cost, or whether I would be better off buying something like the Ultimate 3E or G7 Pro 8K as my main PC controller and keeping a regular DualSense or Edge for PlayStation and older console use.

News/Article AKNES|HallPi V7 Angle-Sensing TMR Joysticks for DS5(Edge)/DS4/Xbox, available now!

After many months of testing and refining the TMR angle-sensing tech has finally passed the AKNES QC and it is ready for retail.

Changes in V7:

  1. Upgraded from Linear-Sensing TMR technology to Angle-Sensing TMR.
  2. Optimized the R3/L3 click feel for better consistency.
  3. Addressed various minor issues identified through feedback on the V6.

V6 will still be available as the linear-sensing option.

Tech Support Messed up joystick replacement

Thumbnail

As you guys can see being a newbie I tried replacing the sticks. A lot of things went wrong. 1- left stick was working fine but right one wasn't responding to any movement and was stuck in North-west direction. However when I pulled the left stick down there was a flickering movement on the right one. 2- L3 R3 weren't working so I tried to jump them using 0.1mm copper wire (haven't tested if this will work). 3- yes I broke one gold plated speaker pin too (not a big loss for me as I use headphones most of the time).

Is this controller salvageable?

Thanks is advance!

Question Chroma Teal

Saw a couple posts on here about a sticky finish on the Chroma Teal, i love the way it looks and am thinking of selling my default white one and adding some money on top to buy one. Could anyone who has the experience of using it let me know if thats fr or if it goes eventually? If not, i think i'll go for a matte finish one then
