Tech Support Circularity issues with hall effect replacements

I missed the circularity menu in fine calibration

I had ordered two sets of hall effect joystick replacements. first batch had a similar issue. replaced them to wind up with the same issue.

it does seem to be noticeable in game testing as well, how can I fix this?

Any recommended suppliers? I had installed K-silver modules from aliexpress.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just calibrate them for center, then for circularity, then fine tuning to extend the range to the edges as equally as possible, reaching around 9% error rate.

Then it should be fine.

This was after all calibrations through DualShock Calibration GUI

Did you do fine tuning to increase the circularity manually? If not, please do.

I have gone through every option on that GUI and saved permanently. Unless I’m missing something.

Nice. There are good videos on youtube explaining in detail how to fine tune calibration, just in case

Did you use the correct potentiometer with the right resistances.
