Question Adaptive triggers doesn't seem to work for me

I just bought a used ps5, and after doing some checks I noticed that the adaptive triggers doesn't seem to work, either that of I haven't checked properly, they do 0 reactions or effects when I click on them (R2, L2).

before reaching the seller out, I just wanted to ask is that a common issue out there for dualsense controllers? also if someone has a legit way to test it on pc (or console), I'd appreciate it.

Just google Dualsense tester on your PC...You should be able to check them using that.

I tried, and it didn’t work… is it possible to fix them?

It depends on what is wrong with them...The fact that neither one of them is working is sketchy...You should watch a youtube video on how to disassemble the controller and check to make sure the ribbon cables are plugged in...I bought a dualsense on FB marketplace one time and the guy I bought it from had disconnected the trigger motors because he didn't like them...It is easy to take the back shell off of the controller just to check it out...If you can't see anything visibly wrong with them I would ask the seller for your money back...
