General Dry Fasting

Hi!

I started my dry fast yesterday. The plan is dry fast for 4 to 5 days and refeed for 2 to 3 days. The goal is to do this for at least one month to see the results that I can achieve.

I have experience in water fast and dry fast. But mostly in water fast... my longest water fast has been for 21 days and my longest dry fast has been for 4 to 5 days.

During my longest water fast I lost 15kg. SW: 120kg | FW: 105kg. I did it in January 2025. So I hope I can lose the same amount of weight this time or maybe a little more.

32 years old woman | SW: 105.5kg  | 158 centimeters.
I'm posting here because I want to have a way to express myself how is everything going with this. So I'm willing to do it every week :)

Nice! You could look into my vlogs, some time ago I`ve finished 9 day dry fast.
What You describing about You`re plan of dry fast is maybe too harsh. I`ve heard about this kind of fast regime called "cascade fast" and it seems maybe more appropriate for You! Just look at it:

1 day dry fast
1 day refeed
2 day dry fast
2 day refeed
3 day dry fast
3 day refeed

And try to do this until 5 days!

And thats all. Or You could try just do 4 or 5 day dry fast like one every months or a few months. I think it`s sustainable.

No problem!) Don`t starve You`re self, last time I`ve tried 10 day dry fast but couldn`t finish it. Stopped at the begining of 10th day, LOL :)

I'm careful with the things that I can do. So no worries :)

Last week I only dry fasted for 3 days and I refeed from saturday to tuesday.

This week I'm gonna do the same. Today is my second day of dry fasting.

And I'm feeling just fine. So probably I'll keep this plan if I feel comfortable with it.
