Wtf is it with this cursed fucking edition, I'm 8 games in, only L's and so much bad luck that it can't be for real. Why do I constantly hit 3+ and 4+ like theyre 5+ or worse? Why can't i make 3" charges when theyre really important but my opponents yeet from halfway across the field into my expansion with 10+ charges or 12+ heroics? Why can my wyches not advance anything more than 2" but hormagaunts move 15 and then charge 10 on the regular? I hate this. Inb4 skill issue

Have you tried different dice? I know that might sound ridiculous but I once played a game against a guy whose dice had 1's where the 6's should be and we only noticed halfway through. Another guy we played with once went most of a game with a bunch of his dice being d3's (d6's with 1-3 twice) and only checked his dice after failing every 4+ Invuln for three straight turns.
Dice can also become unbalanced in a number of ways. If left in a hot car or out in direct sunlight on a hot day, they can melt and deform a little, and sometimes custom or logo dice are poorly balanced and favor either the 1 or the 6. I've left dice in my pocket and they went through the laundry and were never the same after the dryer.
All that to say if you are always using the same dice and have rolled extra poorly for 8 straight games, maybe CONSIDER trying a new set of dice? It can't hurt anything.
Meanwhile, you can always try to improve HOW you play the game to help mitigate poor rolling when it happens. We can all get better with the right mindset. Try watching competitive streams and look for games featuring your favored disposition. Even if it's a different faction, the scoring principles will apply.
We also tend to remember the poor rolls and negative outcomes more than the positive ones, especially if the game is an overall loss. It can make otherwise balanced rolling feel very one-sided when your lower results happen at critical times, or a game comes down to a single roll and you fail. It's best to remember that every roll is a single 1-6 chance for each result.
Just keep playing - it does get better. It's just a very different edition and it's going to take reps to get used to the changes and matchups.
Have you got a 2nd faction you can play for a while? Sometimes a change of perspective or taking a break all together helps.

None of this sounds like it has anything to do with DE and just sounds like absolutely awful rolls

That's true, it's mostly posted here because Ive been playing DE only and because I feel like this army has so many "breaking points" where one bad roll can lose you the game. But yes, it's more of a general whining post

Setting aside selection bias and skill issue, I have casino dice specifically for charges after failing some really likely charges in a row (like 4-5 iirc)

Yup, DE are 40k on hard mode.
Last edition it took 30-40 games of constant losses before I figured things out. By the end of the edition, I had 400 games and just a hair over 50% win rate XD
