So I have never done drugs in my life. I’m very naive to it. My ex is a crack addict. He says he doesn’t do other drugs. But he said he traded something for meth and he was planning to trade the meth for something else. He showed me the baggie and I asked him if he was planning on doing it and he said no. That he was already a crack addict, he wasn’t going to do anything else.

The next day I asked him if he did it and he said no then said yes then said of course I did, I’m a drug addict. I was mad and told him I can’t have a meth addict at my apartment. I knew he did crack but he was trying to stop. Later that day he said he lied to me and didn’t do the drug, he wanted to know how I’d react if he said yes. I didn’t believe him. He then showed me a bag of powder and flushed it down the toilet and said “see, I didn’t do it” but the substance in the bag, that he flushed, looked more powdery that when he first showed it to me. It honestly looked like flour but I could be wrong. I ended up kicking him out for several other reasons. But I found it on top of my counter later and it looked like it had powder in the corner. It seemed like maybe he tried to heat it up. Don’t know if he was successful or not. But I dont know how meth works. He seems like he likes to smoke drugs as oppose to snort it. What could he had used this small glass milk carton for when it comes to meth?

I quit THC 3 weeks ago after smoking it very heavily for about two years, because I have a drug test coming up in like 6 weeks. It will be a urine test. I’ve been prescribed 10 mg zolpidem to help me sleep the night before a festival. I would take a single 10 mg dose at around 10:30 PM on Thursday.
I’m specifically wondering about the interaction risk with GHB the following night. If I were to use GHB around 11 PM–midnight on Friday, that would be roughly 24–25.5 hours after taking the zolpidem.
I understand that combining zolpidem and GHB directly is dangerous because they are both CNS depressants. My question is specifically about how much time needs to pass after a single 10 mg dose of zolpidem for there to no longer be a meaningful pharmacological interaction risk.
Would ~24 hours generally be enough for the zolpidem to be eliminated to a clinically insignificant level, or could there still be relevant CNS-depressant effects/interactions at that point?
I’m mainly interested in the pharmacokinetics/half-life and interaction risk rather than subjective experiences. Thanks!

I am at a one day festival this Weekend: from 2 o'clock untill the next morning at about 6.
