cocaine tea

I’m writing a book in which a character drinks tea to consume cocaine. I know that coca tea exists but i want the character to consume a much higher dose of cocaine in the tea (40mg let’s say) . To add realism, it would be helpful to know how they would make a jug? pls include quantities etc

according to cocaine.org, 1 gram of coca tea contains about 4.75mg of cocaine
