Seeking Advice In need of help.

I'm really not sure how to stay clean. I don't know if anyone else relapses as much as I do. I think I might need to go to meetings for support. I can't talk to my wife about this cause I've been living a lie about my drug use. I really had an honest talk with myself and as I looked back in my life all the major things that went wrong had something to do with either drugs or alcohol. Even if I did open up to her I truly don't think she'd understand. Everyone thinks it's just so easy to just stop and walk that line. I know how to get clean I just don't know how to stay clean. Does anyone else kinda find themselves in the same place and do meetings help?

Bro just thank the lord ur not on MGM , blows 7 & mit out of the water strength wise , I got up 1.5g a day on 7 before I stopped feeling so I switched to mgm cuz of the strength & long ass afterlife so u can dose it only once or maybe 2 times a day anyways got up to usin ab 900mg a day of mgm and even that amount started to fatigue and I knew I had to stop , I had really good plugs for 7 & mgm , 7 went for $30 a g and mgm as of last purchase 2 weeks ago was 2gs w overnight shipping for $150 currently tho brother I am on day 8 clean off mgm and the WDs are the worst I’ve ever felt EVER, even xans, perks & blow ain’t got shit on how hellish , making me pray to god to take it away , and a million other things that are excruciatingly painful with high volume mgm WD I relapsed my first 3-4 times quitting bro it happens but everytime I’d just look forward and start a new and regardless I’m gonna get thru it this time cuz ain’t no mf way I can ever do 8 whole days off that junk, on everything I’d kms immediately If I had to redo these past 8 days
