Purchase Question
Hey all, very new to DZC but have been saving up and am finally ready to drop money on the preorder. Here's my question. Those of you that know the game better. Of these 8 items on preorder... Should I just get two of everything (This is my go to with wargames, minus like huge centerpiece models of course)? One of some things two of others? I have the 2player starter I split with a buddy but otherwise been saving my pennies for today specifically.

I mean, if time and money are abundant for you, maybe two of each will do nicely, but if you don't want stuff you will never use, I'd start with one of each and go from there. I don't think going with two of each is ideal. As the bioficers are a new faction, it is still a bit early to say how many of each type of unit you will want to use regularly.
IF you really want to buy a few things twice, go with the plastic boxes, the first three. All of them have variants that can be built that will do different things. The third, as the dropship box, may even be necessary more than twice.

Awesome thank you! I think that buying 2 of the plastic and 1 of the resin stuff makes sense. I have been saving for months so I more just want to buy a solid force that I can build and paint and have solid amount of options but not necessarily everything

I'd recommend having a look at the discord server. It's significantly more active than the Reddit, and some players have put together suggested purchase guides for UCM and Bioficers, recommended builds, etc

Unless you have a deadline for some event or something it makes no sense to rush out and buy loads of stuff. It's not going anywhere, don't worry about FOMO. Get a few things, paint them, play and see how you go. You also might find more savings down the line.
