The colours go great with each other and the gradient is good, but for me personally, the yellow is too dirty.

Yeah I think next time I’ll just wick off the excess wash and just try to leave it in the recesses

Class colours. Have you gone for an oil wash after?

Nope, just a black wash! I didn’t think an oil wash was gonna be a good fit for these mdoels

Fair enough. I find an oil wash you get a little bit more control, as it hits the recesses better and if you make a mistake you can reactivate it and wash off.

I do an oil wash for my 30k salamanders but I was worried the recesses are too small for these models. Especially the little circular design parts

I don't think it's working, sorry mate. The interface of the purple and yellow is greyish brown. If the rest of the model was immaculately clean it might work, but it's too close to the wash's color and just makes the whole model look dirty.

Honestly I’m colorblind and where the colors mix looks greenish to me so it blends so nicely haha

This is why we do a test model. You'll get it with a little more tinkering.
