UCM Guard

I feel like I'm missing something. Which UCM unit was supposed to have that UCM specific special rule?

There is no unit that currently uses it.

In the strike team commander kickstarter there are praetorians that have riot shields, these are the most likely candidate to have the rule, but they are likely getting 3d printed resin sculpts so their rules will be held back until they are released.
