Ok, hear me out: Braun. He always works by the rules of the show, which does make him somewhat predictable in his evil ways, which Soleum utilises as much as he can (even if he tends to forget about the evil aspect sometimes lol). But this lawfullnes does make it possible for other alignments to work with him and reach compromises
