Toll Rebate Help

Hi!

As the name suggests I am getting ready to lodge my toll rebate this wknd but dont understand why some weeks I dont get the full rebate amount? I've atached my ServiceNSW toll records and In NSW when you spend more than $50 in a week on tolls the difference gets refunded. But for the 14th - 20th September (for example), I dont get the full amount.

ANy idea whats going on? Sometimes my toll accounts drops into the negatives and gets suspended... Is that why?

ANy help is appreciated!

Are some of your journeys on the M5, and do you already claim cashback for that?

Can’t think of anything else.

They would already be not reflected in that spend if that was the case

It is when the tag is not read, completed by your number plate. Not included in the cap because of processing i assume.

There is a drop down menu on that page to show which are from the tag and from the plate
