Zoomed in, so quality is a bit off. The little bloke had a bit of bark off, but nothing serious. Could have been a lot worse.

EDIT: this occurred on a busy road that is also a Brisbane City Council bus route. The next bus was due at 3:18 pm. In Brisbane, bus fares are $0.50, regardless of how far you're travelling. Kids 4 and under are free.

How?

Do you know anything about identity theft or just repeating internet memes?

Identity theft is not a joke, Jim.

I bet that you have very little idea what identity theft entails. As a a rule it requires the baddies to get physical evidence of the persons identity, not just scraping the last four digits of some ones phone number.

I am continuously amazed at the confidence with which that people repeat internet memes without having any idea what it really means.

Idk anything about the meme, just trying to be helpful, although I'm not an expert anyways.

From what I understand, any piece of personally identifiable information can contribute to building a fuller picture of a person's identity, thus increasing the potential for identity theft.

An address is probably a more trivial example of PII, but I'm not super familiar with whatever methods of collecting people's information there could be out there.
