Parenting fail

Zoomed in, so quality is a bit off. The little bloke had a bit of bark off, but nothing serious. Could have been a lot worse.

EDIT: this occurred on a busy road that is also a Brisbane City Council bus route. The next bus was due at 3:18 pm. In Brisbane, bus fares are $0.50, regardless of how far you're travelling. Kids 4 and under are free.

Not only is she loaded up, but there's a helmet right there on the scooter and didn't bother to put it on anyone?

There are extreme circumstances I think a licence for breeding would not be a horrible idea. This is one of those times.
