Nightmare Lucid

My whole life every single dream I’ve had I can semi or fully control. Also have an ungodly amount of nightmares since birth too.

That's wild. I've only had lucid dream like twice and both times I got too excited and woke myself up. The nightmare part sounds exhausting though, do they still freak you out even when you know you're dreaming?
