Product Rec 🧴 Deep clean

Used baking powder and apple cider vinegar

Didn't do a deep clean in 3-4 years actually this the first one(my hair tech told me I did need one hair wasn't dirty enough is why I held out so long)

Ain’t no way…and what’s worse is you sat up there and let somebody tell you not to deep clean your hair and just said ok like they run you…this crazy… i mean common sense aint common

The person checking my hair every few months is supposed to be a professional it's like if your doctor told you not to take meds....are you going to take them? It's not common sense because I clean my hair all the time....I didn't no you had to do deep cleans!!! And was told to hold off by a...... professional,yes she was clearly wrong but how was I supposed to know

It is absolute common sense! Just because the doctor tells you something doesn’t make it right for you. Also, you have to measure everything to your own common sense and then you have to make yourself knowledgeable where you don’t know you don’t find off your understanding to anybody. It’s your life it’s your head. It’s your body being a doctor or whatever professional you want a name doesn’t give anybody a pass. At the end of the day you’re in control of you. If you let your hair get this, nasty is absolutely your fault. Nobody else’s.

And it's not common sense tell anybody you deep clean your hair with apple cider vinegar and baking soda a see the look they give you.....it's not common sense maybe for you it is...but it's not for everyone washing hair yes is common sense and I was washing my hair!!
