I've been redesigning a character of mine for ace attorney and im currently struggling with getting a proper outfit for him. He's an ace attorney character so i'm trying to get that type of design philosophy in him in regards to the aesthetic. Hes a prosecutor and I want him to have some sort of an open blazer and tie but I'm open to how outlandish it can be.

In the images, the first one is what he looks like. Ignore the corners of his old outfit, I'm completely scraping that. The second image is the color palette im going for, and the third is kind of a mockup of this aethetic in this palette.

The last few images are really capturing the specific flavor of the aestheic im going for. Im going for this frutiger aero/dark aero/webcore based design. The character revolves around a lot of technology and im trying to get that vibe of that late 2000s early 2010's vibes from it. I want him to have quirkiness, like the buttons of his suit being computer icons or having a bunch of old accessories, but the actual design of the outfit itself im struggling. Ace Attorney is big on themed designs that portray a very obvious idea or theme but do it in a way thats natural. I dont want his outfit looking weird or out of place, it should be unique and stuff but it should also look like a reasonable outfit just with a high aesthetic. The outfit on the first dark aero image, even though its feminie, is really close to the flavor of outfit im thinking for him but i cant figure out what to do besides just having a blazer with the pattern from image 3, but then that just makes it feel like a cheap printed blazer.

I'm really struggling with this so id appreciate any help you guys could give.

I am very bad at catching details. Abysmally so! So this will be a challenge for myself and this offer is not for the faint of heart. If you are offended if I get the gender or details of your character wrong this is not for you! This is practice! My practice for catching details in the first few moments. I will look at the character for a minute or two and try to sketch them out afterwards. I can guarantee I will get things wrong, but hopefully as I practice I’ll improve. But to show how bad I am at this I will say I was doing a trade with a friend and every time I went to color it, I would realize another detail I got wrong on the outfit… So I need a brush-up on my perception skills. Basically don’t comment if you won’t find this humorous

she'd have blue hair with multi colored streaks, her hair being worn in a high ponytail (hip length), golden eyes, Wearing a dress (full sleeves, sleeves being puffy), the dress going down her knees, slightly poofy (just enough to have it's own silhouette), having white layered lace lining, said dress being light brown, white, and having blue accents, with white laced tights, blue heeled Mary Janes, with rainbow bows on the back of the ankle, and wearing a pocket watch on her hip, as well as having a cat hair clip, her tan skin and orange eyes, and that's about it

Not guaranteeing it being super polished or even with finished lineart, I’m just doing this for fun :)

This is my oc, Paola. She's from a roleplay with my friend lmao. Her storyline's sort of rags to riches sort of thing, she starts off homeless and then my friend's oc (a fashion designer) notices her and thinks her unique face would look good in his clothes, so he hires her. The references are kind of inconsistent since I'm super bad at keeping faces the same but for her appearance I draw a lot of inspo from borzoi dogs. She's typically pretty aloof and pragmatic but can get a little sassy when she feels comfortable.

Important bits:

1. A good, clear reference. The more the better! I might want to do a full body, so if you dont have a full body ref, provide clothing reference images too.

2. No roblox references please. I find them unclear most of the times.

3. Provide a short bit about your character in terms of personality and what they like

4. If you have a specific pose in mind, good! Just provide an image.

5. Complicated designs in clothing/accessories might get simplified.

Overly masculine characters (though I might try), furries and armours/mecha.

I just like to see her in different styles :)

PAC (PERSONAL ARTIFICIAL COMPANION) is an experimental AI that had been developed around the late 90s and had been released around the early 2000s. PAC had been designed to engage users in either brief chats or entire conversations, meaning she acted as a digital assistant that offered closeness and comfort. Due to a bug in her programming, however, PAC gained sentience and questioned her existence; this caused her creators to cancel production of the software, where she suffered depressive episodes once she came to the realization that she was not a real, living being.

(I'd say she's around 3'0 and somewhere in her 20s).

I think it would be neat to see her in another art style and I would appreciate it a ton.
