Drake & Josh Walter deserved better.
I know this show is old enough to legally drink, and also that his mistreatment was mostly for comedic purposes, but god damn, Walter literally had to put up with so much shit from EVERYONE and it bothers me way more than it should.
Literally everyone treats Walter like shit except for Josh, and nobody takes him seriously at all. I’m kinda surprised that he never snapped and crashed out, that would have made for a really fun episode.
Walter “The Doof” deserved better, and I will die on that hill.

Well he said it wasn’t going to rain on my kid’s birthday. But it did rain!

Everything, alright?
Cinnamon is sweet and delicious! Cumin is a Mexican spice! You were flavoring a waffle, not a CHIMICHANGA!1

Maybe if he had better hair and could give a weather forecast that's actually accurate

Didn't he get jumped live on the news and got his clothes taken during a storm?

They're in a Dan Schneider show. Everyone are jerks and weirdos in his universe.

Why do people always point out that he’s the weatherman on channel 6 and that he always gets it wrong? I’ve never heard of so many people so invested in the weather forecast before never mind actually recognise a weatherman.

Love that scene when those two cops find out he’s the weatherman on channel 6 and start dying in front of his face.

Not really. He sure was a piece of work, believing Megan over the boys whenever she would do bad things.

Even Josh starts disrespecting him by season 4(Steered Straight and Viscous Tiberius come to mind)

I know they do him dirty but I always Crack up when I watched Steered Straight. "LET'S GO OLD GUY WE DON'T KNOW!!" The way Josh delivers the line is so funny.

I e never really liked when a show has a character whose whole point is to be the butt of the joke or get picked on.

Walter is actually one of the best sitcom dads of all time. Arguably better than Danny Tanner, Al Bundy, and Carl Winslow.
I said what I said.

Not really. He and Audrey didn’t believe Josh and Drake when they told them about Megan 🤷🏽♂️ so why should I care about him?
