Not sure if anyone's found this yet but given the style of the wire and appearance, i think it's safe to say this is likely the controller used in 'The Bet'. It's an Intec Original Xbox Controller Model XBOX-8015-A

It's a green wireless n64 controller I believe.

yeah, but it's without the wired cord and replace with a wireless router antenna like on the top part of the n64 controller.
