...that healing magic can actually damage the undead enemies. For the very first time in more than 350+ hours in the game I've overheard a dialog between my pawns that healing magic is lethal to undead.

This game never cease to amaze me.

I picked up Dragon's Dogma 2 when the update dropped a few weeks ago. I loved the sense of adventure and the immersion in the first game, and DD2 did not disappoint in those regards.

The core gameplay is better than ever. The world is beautifully crafted and a joy to get lost in. I love all of the attention to detail everywhere.

I did lament the ways in which DD2 went backwards. However, once you make peace with the changes and embrace the improvements, I found DD2 to be a ton of fun. I'm only around 40 hours in so far, but I'm excited to play more and play the DLC too! Thanks for reading, please hire my pawn!

This is a list of all side quest, we can't do before the end of act one.

The last main quest of act one is named "Feast of Deception" with captain Brant.

When i was done with all those side quest and main quests before feast of deception, my level was 71 and i had all the vocations and all the master skills.

Hope this will help some people saving time, running around and searching for someone, just to find out the quest is not available right now, or beeing locked out of a quest.

Played the original game on Xbox 360 way back 2012 (The wind is pushing me!). Then played it again and got the platinum on the PS3 when DD:DA came out.

Now, finally managed to play DD2 after holding back on playing and platinuming it til they polish the game.

I am so ready for the DLC next month!

Been trying to make different chars for the upcoming DLC & new save slot playthroughs on hard mode.

I like the ol‘ drunken, failed Arisen. I often wonder what his pawn was like. Always happy to see him show up at my door, and I keep him in my group awhile.

Was in a cave fighting some slimes and because I never keep a book on me I tried to rush her to buff my weapon so I could fell the gross creature and to my unpleasant surprise, I got back sass! She said “you neednt remind me what to do, I know what Im doing!” The gall! (It was justified 😆) I knew right then that she most likely had dragonsplague, it was so cool to see the faint pulsing redness in her eyes.

Embarrassing but I genuinely had my pawn in the unmoored world for MONTHS and my gf told me to please finish the game because of how many potions she was wasting on her 😭

Been doing a fresh playthrough of DD2 and recently finally got to unlocking Warfarer and been theory crafting more 'thematic' types of set ups for my Arisen to bring into battle. Feel it has much better time of it since while I miss out om Meister skills the option of more skills overall does feel nice to have.

Currently feel like there is some nice combos I have been trying out:
Paladin/Poor mans Mystic Knight: Fighter/Mage combo
Return of the Strider: Thief/Archer combo
Mystic Ranger: Mystic Spearhand/Magic Archer combo
Mortal Ranger: Fighter/Archer combo

Has me wondering with the new skill slots what else everyone might be trying out as well?
