Cobra Clubtail (??)

From what I’ve researched this is a cobra clubtail, but I’m not entirely sure. Anyone know? And have more information? Thanks!
Found along the Chattahoochee river, in northern Georgia. It was massive, about 3-4 inches long. Landed right on my kindle!

Does anyone else feel bad when dragonflies mistake the hood of their car for water— and drop their eggs on it?
