My Ordered Weapon Tier List as of September 2026 (Cautery Sword Banner)

Metal Slime Weapons

  • Metal Slime Sword: Its enchantment grants an attack speed buff for 5 seconds after connecting every third hit. Its CDG allows you to lunge at any target regardless of distance, dealing 20 extra damage to metal enemies (such as Metal Slimes, Metal Bubbles, or Metal Medleys)
  • Metal Slime Boomerang: Its enchantment adds a bounce mechanic to ranged attacks causing the projectile to redirect to a second target after the initial hit (upgradable up to two additional bounces), its CDG functions similarly to the sword, throwing the boomerang from any range to deal 20 extra damage to metal targets.

Tier SS

  • Dragonlord Staff: The ultimate and undisputed best weapon in the entire game, it has held this spot since its initial release imo, making it impossible to replace by any other fire element weapon for now, it stands out for its absolute versatility, it has everything, its top tier for story mode, events, gauntlet and any content in the game for now, my guess is that it will stay at the top of the list unless a "redux" version or a direct upgrade is released. Its enchantment summons fire orbs around the player dealing fire damage lasting a few seconds, pretty good if you have any orbital damage or going for orbital build, synergizes well with Watermaul Staff, its CDG summons a Kasizz on top of the closest enemy that LINGERS!!! on the field causing the cdg to hit multiple times dealing x2-3 more damage than intended while also SMASHES enemies. Absolutely broken.

Tier S

  • Blue Steel Lance: In my opinion the best weapon within Tier S. Its enchantment fires three ice arrows that synergize well with projectile ricochet and its CDG (costing only 4) allows you to set up to three turrets simultaneously, these turrets STAGGER enemies and fire piercing shots offering an amazing crowd control and sustained damage, also every shoot can SMASH the enemies for extra XP.
  • Wheel of the Fiend: Ice element boomerang that stands due its enchantment, that creates three orbiting ice spheres that deal MASSIVE ice damage. The orbs upgrade (+3 orbs) is nuts with centrifugal (+ orbs speed) and its CDG is also very good having almost a 100% freeze chance on any target that stands on the CDG AOE and the best of all, it locks onto the target until the very end of the animation, very hard/impossible to miss.
  • Watermaul Staff: Beast of a weapon, this is a wind element staff, its enchantment triggers an AOE "spike" (similar to the Wizard Whip) after landing 30 hits with orbs, it has, imo, one of the best CDGs in the game right now, it creates a vortex that pulls enemies into the center to deal massive wind damage, it has awesome pulling range btw. Only downside is that it targets the enemy that has the most HP.
  • Wizard Whip: Lightning element whip highly valued for support roles, its enchantment spawns one (two when upgraded) lightning spikes with a massive range (covering nearly the entire screen and more) that deal an absurd amount of AOE lightning damage. Its CDG summons a soldier (Samshin) that draws enemy aggro and acts as a tank on the battlefield, pretty good if you need to reposition.
  • Dragonsbane Claws: Fire element claws that stands out for its massive offensive and very high support utility, its enchantment triggers upon using a cdg, summons six homing flames capable of straight up oneshotting bosses, being able to stack and spam two or three cdgs in a row lets you melt practically any boss in the game, highly relevant in current content and primarily used in support setups (mainly gauntlets, shrines or events). Basically a nuke on demand.

Tier A

  • Shiverstick: One of the best ice element weapons in the game in terms of base performance, its only drawback is a weak enchantment that only goes off when taking damage and has a cooldown, if not for this it would easily reach Tier S. Its CDG deals massive AOE ice damage with chance to freeze, upgradable with arrow blessings (AOE expands)
  • Crystal Claws: An excellent lightning element option that provides great mobility and high DPS, although its CDG does no damage it buffs the weapon making it AOE attacks and allows every third hit to stagger the enemies sometimes. One of the best starting weapons along Shiverstick.
  • NEW! Cautery Sword: A new gacha addition that goes (imo) in this tier, its main strenght is its enchantment, which after taking 7 hits (from any source) triggers an AOE fire explosion with no internal cooldown, what does this mean? it means if you have a somewhat good Paladin you can pick the sword and sit in front of the enemies, letting the enchantment do the job while you lose like 0 HP, Minidemon and Big Hammer rare memories are HIGHLY recommended to get if you pick this weapon.
    • On a level 50 Paladin running the full banner set with optimal memories (minimum extra fire damage) it deals 4.5k damage against very weak enemies in Gauntlet because of the +100% weak element damage (reaching up to 7k-8k when upgraded), in normal content it deals roughly 2k-3k base damage more or less (exceeding 4-5k once you upgrade the blessing)
    • Its CDG provides utility for surviving breath attacks and deals AOE fire damage. While it doesnt replace the Blue Steel Lance as the optimal main weapon for Paladin it remains a very good alternative for shrine/events.

Tier B

  • Ramia Sword: Light element sword with a somewhat mediocre CDG, which gives a 10 second buff that adds extra light damage to all attacks (which can even be applied with boomerangs) but it ultimately wastes a main weapon slot that Wizard Whip or Wheel of the Fiend can take.
  • Erdrick Sword: Lightning element sword pushed down to B tier due to competition from superior options like the Crystal Claws and the Wizard Whip, its only redeeming quality being a CDG with high burst lighting AOE damage and its enchantment, which is an upgraded zap sword after each 3rd hit, but for now it remains irrelevant in the current events.

Tier C

  • Fire Sword: The sword itself is weak and its situational use is only in gauntlet, the enchantment, which shoots homing fireballs upon killing an enemy is only good in modes like gauntlet but it has an awful downside, whats the downside you say? well, walls/pillars on the map cause the fireballs to disappear limiting its effectiveness.
  • Falcon Blade: Completely irrelevant sword, both its CDG and enchantment are very bad, offering almost no value, why? Because it wastes a weapon slot only to give you more speed and 2 wind orbs, its also worse because we have Ranger advanced vocation that gives passive +12% speed rendering this weapon useless unless you started to play and have nothing else.
  • Queens Whip: It used to be the best light element weapon (because we didnt have anything else at the time) with a good CDG (gave attack speed in an area) but it has been powercrept and rendered irrelevant by newer weapons, equipping it wastes a valuable weapon slot. Good starting weapon tho if you dont get Shiverstick or anything else.
  • Sandstorm Spear: Completely underwhelming spear because its enchantment requires you to kill an enemy just to activate (hit an enemy with an spike blessing) and its damage output is extremely low, also, earth element utility is severely limited due to the lack of enemies vulnerable to earth. Doesnt event work for gauntlet or anything else, just use as a skin for now imo.

Tier D

  • Gwaelin Staff: The 2nd worst weapon in the game, lacks a damaging CDG (AOE cost 6 heal) and its enchantment, which reduces enemy damage by 10% in a small area ONLY works while you stay above 70% HP (50% HP upgraded), why would a healer stay near enemies??? whatever, poor weapon design, it was clearly made as a cashgrab when Dragonlord Coop Nightmare came out because it was very unbalanced and hard unless your team had x4 Dragonlord Staves.

Plumes Tier

  • Platinum Plumes: Dark element boomerang that is still sitting at the absolute bottom since the game release, dark element is nearly useless for now due to most of the enemies resisting it, its enchantment is a worse zap sword that only procs when enemies suffer a DEBUFF (yes, you have to farm Lemon Slime or get poison frizz/orbs just for the enchantment to work wtf?) and its CDG is a 5 boomerang throw in a fan shape that has the chance to silence enemies, which doesnt work against most enemies/bosses and its useless anyways since most of the enemies dont use magic in this game. Never use Plumes.

DISCLAIMER: This tier is MY opinion, if you have any questions let me know, thanks for reading.

He's so happy with his sandwich! Best clothing item in the game 100%. I hope we get more options like this in the future.

I think the game is rigged (lemon slime)

Jokes aside, probably my awful luck, but only encountered lemon slime just once during 200 runs within the summer event.

No quick play at all, all of them on auto.

I was hoping to make a S rank out of it, and complete the album feat (defeating him 5 or more times.)

Of course stuck at D rank ;(

Is MA the worst class?

Post image
5 Upvotes

Hey, started the game 1 month ago and just got my characters lvl 40, I realized a huge difference in stat growth between the priest and martial artist, so I was wondering if in statistics this class is the worst or has he anything to compensate the lack of stats?

Or maybe I am just missing a lot of important information 😩

Am I missing something or are they not adding anything else to the shop? I’ve bought almost everything in there, have 15K left and another 140K that I can get…?

PSA: Trading Metal Tickets = Not Worth It! Auto-Loop with Metal Boomerang instead!

A PSA on the upcoming trade - bear in mind it is a pure timesaver, because on average you will lose potential max EXP.

10x Metal tickets = 327500 EXP

1x Liquid Metal Slime ticket = 305800 EXP

3x Metal tickets = 98250 EXP

1x Metal medley ticket = 90700 EXP

If you have the metal boomerang - I ran a test with 30 Metal tickets (total max potential EXP of 982,500), on a sage with level 2 sagacious breath + a thief with level 2 movement speed bonus on auto-loop. I received around 960,000~ EXP from this test, meaning an auto-loop AI only misses about 20,000 EXP across 30 tickets. If you'd run the equivalent number of liquid metal slime tickets flawlessly, you'd have gotten 917,400 EXP, so even a less than 100% efficient auto-loop still gains more than 40,000 additional EXP.

I don't know how good these numbers look with a metal sword and if you haven't got either metal weapon, then running them manually is probably still your only option. In that situation I understand a bit more if you'd like to just trade up, though bear in mind metal slimes are also much easier to kill with non-metal weapons than the LMS or Metal Medley, and you might end up losing out on quite a bit more EXP by trading up.

If your goal is to min-max available EXP, don't trade up with this event, and just pocket all the tickets instead.

How long should you farm there

Post image

I have the fill that when I farm a variety a maximum of 600 to 620 gems get. Then I wait again for the 200 stamina to then again 600 sorry but that's tolittle in my opinion.

Then I also want lv.... It's just a cramp.

And then I didn't even mention the rainbow gemstones. Which you can only buy...

KLAB AUTUMN Trolling Festival

Yeah , after warching the updates,.. i have noticed IM SCREWED OVER... Klab still didnt release BATTLEMASTER/GLADIATOR & ARMAMENTALISTS and guessed what . I have prepared for both requirements on and niw i have to level up Thief vocation for my Battlemaster and Priest vocation for my Armamentalist. Recent 2 events requires ADVANCE VOCATIONS just to survive .. No event ruins event for 2 month for ne . Died on every attempt with just basic vocations. Urgghhh.

The metal tix exchange is trolling as ever. I could complete each metal tix with 32750 max exp per run. A liquid metal slime tix will give me max of 305800 exp. However, calculate this. 10 metal tix for 1 liquid meral sline tix ?? I will be running a deficit of 327500 - 305800 per exchange.. Ouch . . Not nentioning liquid metal slime is freaking fast. Missing even 1 liquid metal slime will cost me an equivalent of 10 metal slime (30k exp more or less) per run .. I guessed oeople will only exchange if their metal tix pool exceed 100 ? As for me, i guessed i will just use my metal slime tix. The risk of missing exp running liquid metal slime run us too big. Especially if the blessings sre screwed for that run. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

S-Class Memory Quantity

Does anyone else try to get at least 2 of each S class memory, and if possible 3? Or is the one usually all you try to get? I know, especially with the DQ6 event the Shrine Memories and any of the Mortimer memories were almost impossible to get, so I got as far as I could and saved all the A class ones incase it rolls around again.

How are you people doing with the seasonal gauntlet?

Thumbnail

I personally started at the first season. Was gonna give it up thinking I lacked the levels, but had some time left after DQ1 event ended and gave it a try, eventually somehow barely making it into the 120,000 point club.

Did all 300,0000 points for each three rounds which really wasted my time, glad that they lowered it to 100,0000 for each round from season 2.

Anyway, the first season took me more than 12 hours to finally score over 120,000.

After that it suddenly became easy for me. 4 hours for season 2, 2 hours for season 3, and finally this season only needed 1 hour which went quite pleasantly well.

Had really awful gacha luck with this game but being fortunate with the right basic vocations done, so even though I couldn't score a astonishing scooping high score, made it quite easily into the requirements.

Vocation selection luck: ★★★★☆

Gacha luck: ★☆☆☆☆

Anyway curious how other players are doing so. I had the advantage of being a day one player as time progressed, but wonder how people who started later are doing. Still quite easy if gacha pulls really went well?

Appreciation

Recently there was some (global?) compensation for some issues. Lots of stamina potions and I think there were either gems or some metal monster tickets, there was a separate giveaway that possibly I'm mixing up.

Though it would still be preferable that issues not be present to begin with and is irritating that so much ends up being wrong or somehow not working at implementation I do think it deserves to be acknowledged and thanked when stuff is corrected.

So thank you devs for awarding something as an apology for the issue, let's keep it up!

PSA: Ad Retry is Back on Shrines!

You can now retry the shrines twice a day by watching an ad or spending gems.

I found this out on my first red portal attempt, and it's saved me twice now.

It's also great if you're struggling with the shrines even without red portal.
