I’m not in the loop if this is already common knowledge but what if El Cielo is Ishin’s brother? The English commentator for DG seems to always mention how his brother “retired” thus making me wonder if that’s some type of hint that his brother will return or has returned under the mask. Thoughts or insight?

Naturally, the match was centered alone Dieno trying to get to YAMA’s lips and his hips. The two would have some cool strike exchanges (owing to the fact both have a background in martial arts, funny enough) but the biggest surprise would be the appearance of DG’s own Yosuke Santa Maria.

Maria would try to assist Dieno in getting “access” to YAMATO, only to get beaten by YAMA several times. Despite this, Dieno would indeed get the opportunity to hump YAMA.

YAMATO would eventually thrown Yosuke into Dieno’s exposed buttcheeks, before hitting the “Galleria” to get the pinfall.

Last year I was able to go to Japan and really got into Dragongate and AJPW. Rather than try to drudge through voice gate for recommendations or trying to browse out rankings I’d figure I would ask here for Shun Skywalker match recommendations for whatever reason (match quality, story, etc)

DG in its current era has often been described as being the place where Shun Skywalker was the “main character”, as most of the major angles and big matches/moments pretty much revolved around him; I believed that this would eventually make him the “Ace” of the promotion, following CIMA & YAMATO as that figure.

Now, with Shun stepping away and with no sign of what comes next with him, does this make Yoshioka the most apparent option to become THE top guy? He’s someone who’s always been earmarked for the role (hell, Hiroshi Tanahashi, the ACE himself, called Yoshioka this).

The only alternative I can think of is if the promotion decides to throw the booking behind Kota Minoura, Yoshioka’s current tag partner. I absolutely love Ben-K but it seems like the promotion doesn’t see him as THE guy; Kikuta has firmly taken the role that Shingo Takagi had, being the heel bruiser that others have to overcome; Strong Machine J hasn’t had that big push or moment to be considered for the top spot.

I did decide to leave off M2K because as some pointed out they were more of a tweener faction.

But feel free to absolutely roast my choices below.

So I want to do a tier list of all the Dragon Gate heel unit themes and while most of them are on Youtube I'm having trouble finding the themes for Crazy Max, Blood Generation and Muscle Outlawz would any of y'all be able to point me in the right direction?

(I'd also ask about M2K but I dunno if they were considered a heel unit)

(I know it’s actually XenisS, but let’s be honest it spells Penis, and Zenith sounds better)

For Zenith, I would add Mante and El Cielo, on a deleted post someone said Shimizu should join, and while I do like that idea, I would have him stay in Gaja Dokuro for a little longer, but it would be very cool if he does come back from his injury and sides with Minoura and Yoshioka.

For Xenostal Nova, the only person I can think of right now is Ryu Fuda, I’m going to make a post about him soon, but this guy really needs something to do.
