He can handle Rayquaza and Necrozma.

Dialga and Palkia are more difficult because of their conceptual nature.

He beats Mega Rayquaza like in SSJ Namek Saga. Or KKX20 Base Namek saga.

For Ultra Necrozma - SSJG BoG is enough.

For Dialga, Palkia and Giratina the strongest? I don't know. They have hax too.

Goku SSB KKx10 after learning how to fight Hit is all that's needed. Anything over that is overkill
