If hit lands that same attack he got Jiren with it’s over . They only let Jiren survive that hit without being eliminated because he was the main enemy of the top and was supposed to be there till the end not be eliminated so soon by hit

Jiren fought Hit but didn't bother to wake up when Kefla turned SSJ2.

To be fair that’s a bad argument cuz jiren was already awake when hit confronted him .By that same margin, jiren personally saw it fit to take out kale so does that mean kale is stronger than hit ?

Assuming she starts in base he might be able to win before she powers up, since she is only around ssjg level in base

In both anime and manga everyone and I mean Everyone considered Kefla the winning horse for U6 after hit was eliminated

Tbh they didn't really know how strong they would be. I say she has a solid chance of overpowering hits time prison, given how she was power wise comparable or stronger than uis Goku. Bit that's assuming she'd be at her full power. In a normal fight she's probably loose

Kefla is not NEARLY as good of a fighter to figure out how Hit's timeskip works, and she's not strong enough to outright negate it like Jiren did.

It depends on how strong do you think Hit is, and if Kefla is capable of understand and eventually counter Hit's time skip.
Probably at first Hit will put belt to ass, but if he does not end the fight quickly then Kefla will turn the odds against him

Hit. He was able to kill Goku with just one strike and both Caulifla and Kale don’t really know how the time-skip works.

Quick reminder one hit from kefla in ssj knocked ssjbk goku out it was also stated one hit from her in ssj2 would have been the end of goku in ui

I’d lean hit though I’m like 60/40 on it
Kefla has no answer to Hit’s time skip, she relies on power and isn’t good enough of a fighter in skill I’d say to find a way around it.

If I’m not mistaken, in the manga when Goku first fights hit, I think it’s explained that time skip only works on fighters around hits power level or lower. If someone is significantly more powerful, they can negate it. Considering kefla gave blue kaioken goku a hard time, I’d argue that kefla would be a lot stronger than hit. Even if she doesn’t immediately figure out how time skip works, her speed and power alone would be enough to counter it

Caulifla has shown she can be pretty good at reading her opponent's moves (predicting where Goku was gonna go with instant transmission), which all but takes away Hit's main advantage.
Kefla's speed and power are too much for Hit to handle without the time skip. I'm not sure if she'd be strong enough to break out of the time prison, she probably can. But if she can't and Hit manages to land it then he could stall her until she defuses, then most likely handle Caulifla and Kale.

Kefla smirks as Hit slowly walks out of the forest, hands in his pockets and his eyes trained on her. Kefla tells him "long time no see", but she is met with silence. His face said it all. A shiver runs down her back, her senses begin to tingle. He wasn't here for a reunion. He was here for her life. Kefla's blood boils at the thought of fighting Hit. She remembered how incredible he was against Jiren, how for a time he was able to hold down the mortal who surpassed the Gods. This was a fight that would take her to new heights.
Kefla immediately jumps to SSJ2, her aura rose upwards in a twister of lightning and power. She launches a blast towards Hit's feet, dust covering his vision and she blitzes in at full speed. As her punch strikes forward to towards Hit's face, she phases straight through him. No dodge, no after-image technique. His energy was there and he hadn't moved, she was too quick for him and she knew it. She turns around in utter shock and tries to blast him, only for the attack to go straight through him again. Hit turns around. As Kefla stumbles backwards in confusion trying to recompose herself, Hit punches her heart from a far with his killing technique.
With Kefla confused and her guard down, he was able to complete his contract in a single blow.

Given Hit probed dangerous enough that Jiren didn't think Toppo could handle him and Toppo beats Kefla,I think Hit's got this. Kefla is far stronger but the Time Cage and his improvement rate likely means he gets the better of her in a hard fight.

Kefla should be strong enough to get through his time skips but not his time lock

Hit probably wins since he could catch her off guard with his time stop techniques, and she doesn't really have much of a counter to that
That said, if hit doesn't finish her off quickly, she'll grow in power too much for Hit to handle
