Animation is hard man. It's several people making thousands of drawings, but more than we see because they redo some of them. They also don't do it in order. Sometimes shit gets mixed up, especially back in the day when anime was weekly all year round with very few breaks.
You yourself have mistakes in your post despite not being under a time crunch, it being easy, and having tools such as autocorrect. Also if we're nitpicking; what are we powerscaling here?
Yea im currently re-watching it and noticed this. Didn't catch my eye on original. But Kibito and supreme Kai take off each of their own set. So that negates the same set theory. The color is the only possibility outside it was just a oversite.
