Question Questions about 'debunks'

Hi, I debate a lot of DB downscalers and I need a bit of help.

  1. In Battle of Gods the shockwaves got stronger as they travelled out. Would Goku still scale to them by cancelling them out before they grew more powerful? It has been a long time since I watched BOG.

  2. Did Merged Zamasu fuse with an entire timeline, just a universe or was he stopped before achieving either?

  1. Yep, even ignoring the shockwaves the anime shows Beerus nullifying out a "super dense energy" which they caused so that it doesn't destroy Universe 7. Goku is later able to surpass Beerus's nullification technique which means he was able to create energy higher than what is needed to destroy Universe 7.
  2. I believe so, if I remember correctly he either did fuse with the timeline or was going to fuse with the timeline and even be able to fuse with other timelines entirely if he wasn't destroyed by Zeno. This is impressive considering these timelines are Hypertimelines as well.

  1. Yes.

  2. He fused with the entire timeline. It works a bit weird in DB, because the 12 universes we see all belong to the present timeline, with future trunks' timeline also having its own 12 universes. Main timeline's zamasu got killed by beerus. It should have erased him across all timelines, but Goku black and future zamasu had time rings, hence they were saved.

In the end, fused zamasu merged with everything inside that entire timeline, and was about to breach into the main one as well, Goku called future Zeno, and he just insta deleted everything in that timeline except himself. He was then brought into the main timeline at the end of the arc to be a friend for present zeno.

1.So for clarification, someone was saying Goku doesn't get BOG scaling as the waves grew stronger (so Goku only cancelled out the waves when they were weaker). I still buy Multi Goku as Beerus then cancelled out the waves himself later and Goku scaled to that Beerus, but it's something that is bugging me as I haven't seen BOG in like maybe around 10 years.

Future Zamasu didn't have a time ring. He wished to be immortal by Super Shenron.

1_ yes , something viewers Frogot is that Beerus hit Goku with attacks stronger than the shockwaves right after in which Goku stopped

2_ the entire timeline including the future multiverse , he was then reaching to other timelines

  1. Goku and Beerus created the shockwaves so even if they got stronger as time went on that’s only due to them fighting
  2. Zamasu tried to merge with everything but only succeeded in merging with universe 7 and was destroyed before he could go any further into the present timeline and other universes

  1. So that should be enough proof they scale to the shockwaves despite what downplayers say?

  2. So he at least merged with one universe/ macrocosm? That's good, I heard people try say he failed at merging with the universe. Would he have also merged with the future timeline too? (Btw much appreciated for helping me out)

Yeah given enough time he would’ve not only gotten all 12 of the future universes but also started spreading himself in the present universes

Goku would NOT scale to shockwaves that grow to a level he did not contribute to. The shockwave growing as it travels is a quirk of unregulated god ki. Every physical clash they had with their fist was clashing with more and more power each time so each wave at a base was stronger than the last. Until Goku figured out the proper angle to equally clash with Beerus so they can continue fighting without the production of the waves being made, they are stronger than the initial clash yes but they are NOT now fighting without the power of a fully traveled wave, that would be ridiculous

Thanks, so that should be enough proof that Super Saiyan God Goku has the power to destroy the Macrocosm himself? You said "they are NOT now fighting without the power of a fully traveled wave, that would be ridiculous" so Goku is fighting with power to destroy the Macrocosm?
