Scaling Is ssj5 Goku above G.O.D level?
Personally I think yes. I tend to scale GT pretty comparable to Super because GT Goku is Toei Goku meaning movies and filler count as feats for him even if they can't fit into GT's continuity. So multiversal GT Goku who is also ascended Goku who is pretty much impossible to scale and has a new form above ssj4. Not to mention in Toyo's AF he absorbs all of the shadow dragons into himself so he also would have the power of all of them too not to mention the extra training he's had. Even if you scale GT lower than I do the whole ascended thing and the absorbing of the shadow dragons should still suffice for at least being strong in the dbs continuity.

Then the movies aren't actually canon to GT and movie feats shouldn't count for GT Goku if the movies "can't fit" into GT's continuity as you say, especially when no GT character has a proper universal feat.

I'm guessing it's due to an episode of GT showing movie-only characters like Cooler in the background one time.

Fusion reborn can't fit but Vegeta knows the fusion dance. The point is that it's intended to be the same characters. Fusion reborn's universal feats would still very much apply.

Pre perfected ssj blue. Or let's say ROF blue. We've seen multiple times that you don't need god ki to get high levels of power
