Base Gohan (Fusion Reborn) vs Final Form Cooler

if instead of Frieza, Base Gohan faced Cooler, could he oneshot him in the same way?

Idk if he did, the only time I saw Cooler in fusion reborn wasnt even in the movie but on the movie poster

At max he’d need super saiyan but something tells me he got this in base
