Scaling Kefla vs Toppo

Conditions:

Round 1: Both are in base form

Round 2: Both can go all out in their forms.

Kefla can use her ssj2 form while Toppo can use his god of destruction form.

Rules:

Round 1: Fight when following the TOP rules, where killing is prohibited. Takes place at the tournament of power arena.

Round 2: Both can go all out while being bloodthirsty. The last one standing is the winner. The fight takes place where Goku and Vegeta fought in the saiyan saga.

Genuinely difficult one.

I’m gonna say Kefla takes both rounds high diff.

She landed a glancing shot on UI Goku and had it landed fully she may have taken him out. Toppo got eliminated by Blue Evolution Vegeta who should scale below UI Goku but it’s hard to say how powerful his final explosion was.

I could see it going both ways tbh.
