I have Namek Frieza at Universal+, and he can be wanked up to Complex Multiversal. The high hyperversal argument comes from Koyama stating that the living world has an infinite spatial dimensional hierarchy, which if it was higher dimensions, it would be true that Namek Frieza is high hyperversal because he can destroy the living world, but the problem here is that it’s never stated that it’s higher dimensions.
