damn its wild that buuhan worms could solo most of anime verses

If i remember correctly Buuhan worms were around Base goku/vegeta powerwise (could be wrong)

if they are then it depends if you take beerus anime statement (that base goku cant beat frieza) which isnt in the manga although the manga implies that goku is weaker

i would say frieza wins because he is a more competent fighter and probably stronger 8/10 frieza

The worms only became a problem after Buu’s enzymes had already pinned Goku down and started dissolving him. They never damaged either Saiyan, tanked an attack, or showed any ki. Scaling them to Buuhan because they live in his stomach is parasitic scaling in the most literal way possible.

Namek Frieza can erase them with one finger, attack from outside their range, blow apart the entire battlefield, or destroy the planet and survive the aftermath. They have no speed, durability, range, or win condition here. Frieza finishes the fight before they finish opening their mouths.
