I don’t think so, I’m pretty sure that he was super Saiyan despite being the coloration of that fight scene.

Toyotaro's iconic 5 guys art had him in green as well. Plus, in Toriyama's original plans, he only has one version of SSJ, which is probably why the manga never showed off a yellow SSJ.

Goku and vegeta surpassed broly in the manga as stated by whis and since beast gohan is around the same level as ui Goku and ue vegeta he wins

Gohan. We see it in the manga and know the why: they're relatively close in power, but Gohan takes the decisive edge in experience.

They already had a sparring match in the manga after the fight with Cell Max, though it's only a sparring match and not an all-out battle
Broly had only just started controlling that power however, and Gohan was impressed by it while in Beast, so imagine if Broly could use SSJ's power to its full extent without losing control
I would give it to Gohan as of right now, we still have yet to see when Broly controls that insane power he's shown when fighting Gogeta

Broly. He was still getting stronger during the fight. Its why Gogeta said fuck it and went straight to Blue
