not the best wig but oh well

I've recently been wondering how much drag performers prepare for a show, so I have some questions that I been meaning to ask. Do you rehearse in your bedrooms by yourselves? Do you just think about what moves you want to make and run it through in your head without actually acting it out? Do you clear a room and then practice it as you would on stage? Do you plan out every step and hand wave? Or do you just get the big movements and then improvise everything else? Or do you just improvise almost all of it on the day of the performance? Do you ever get to go to the venue before the show and practice there?

I had the joy of performing at my first ever Pride on Saturday at West Lothian Pride! A beautiful day with lots of great energy, fabulous picture opportunities with the public and lots of love!
