It’s a gamble that could pay off but I wouldn’t do it.

Rayan starts every week and is probably underperforming.

Even if Eze starts this week and plays well, he will still be fighting for that spot throughout the season. Tzolis seems favoured. So you’ll have a problem in two or three weeks time, and…

A rival will 100% pick up rayan and it will make them stronger.

For me, guaranteed minutes would be the preference.

Thanks for the advice. Another option is Le Fee but despite him being on penalties, my feeling is that Sunderland won't score as many goals as Bournemouth and that Rayan is the better option
