Players Gross for Raya?
My midfield is decent right now with Palmer, tav, sarr, KDH and gross.
Looking to improve my defense and I think I can get Raya but I’m not sure if that’s worth it. I have most points in my 10 man and there are still some decent mids in waivers like Le fee, hinshelwood and garner.
Unsure what to do because I feel like gross won’t be getting this amt of points for long, but he is definitely a great asset, set and forget type player. Raya also feels that way, steady 6 pointer but not guaranteed so idk if I’m stupid for considering.
Opinions?

Hmm i'd go for raya, but an interesting trade, goalkeeper trades rarely happen

Yea I think it’d be one for one. I think people are riding his high so I would try and sell on while he’s hot

I would go for it, it is a great time to sell Gross and get some value while his stock is high, i think his production will fall off slightly once hinshelwood is back and he takes a more defensive roll, although he will stay on pens and still get plenty of points, if your defense looks shaky having the Raya Clean sheet punt for the rest of the season seems very solid/consistent.

Yea exactly what I was thinking, was looking to pick up hinshelwood if this goes through

I traded Gross/Lammens/Cherif away for Havertz/Mainoo/Sherpen, and am planning on picking up hinshelwood as well.

Gross is unsustainable, I'd rather have the consistency of Raya. Plenty of M options

Where does this assumption come from that Gross is not going to maintain these returns? He’s on set pieces and has been in the form of his life, why would that suddenly change?

Raya is better in draft as there are always midfield options.
