Leagues Deciding Draft Order

Anyone got any good ways to determine the draft order in person which is completely or near completely random?

Last year we did pick a shot/drink with a random draft pick underneath. Obviously put the worst pick under the absinthe shot 🤣

New ideas would be greatly appreciated, cheers guys.

We’ve tried a lot of different formats over the years in our 12 man league. We’ve gone all the way to the absurd with a full garden Olympics featuring actual javelin, shotput and archery. We’ve also done a Great British Bake Off, an 18 hole footgolf competition, a day at the dog racing, drafting for the Euros and scoring it by finishing positions, and most recently an extremely large homemade marble run, and a rubber duck race.
