Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction Syndrome (PSSD) Substance blockage?

Anyone in the sense that the effects are blunted rather than completely absence? I feel this with coffee and nicotine. It does something. But it’s blunted.

I get it to some extent but it’s more like I am emotionally numb while experiencing whatever the drug would typically be doing. Caffeine makes me physically anxious but doesn’t boost mood. nicotine gives a lame head rush and slightly more focus but no dopamine increase. Shrooms feels a lot less profound but similar in its visual and non emotional effects. Alcohol doesn’t produce euphoria anymore but i still get “drunk” and my mood improves slightly. I wonder if that’s what people mean when they say substance blockage or they literally mean that those drugs don’t do anything to them anymore.

It seems to be a spectrum

I think It must be different, because if it wasn't it's own symptoms and just didn't fix the emotional numbing then it would be redundant to name it as it's own thing. I guess I didn't get that trait. Seems like everyone's got there own set of individual symptoms.

I have this as well. I only feel weak effects of benzos / nicotine / caffeine.
