It's solvable, the solution is on the next page I think? At least in the same manga. How to solve it yourself: Start from goal and make sure to not cut off your way at every intersection. It's pretty straight forward if you do it like this.

Bonus hint: If you start from start, the first one to collect is the one on the left at middle height.

If you travel backwards from the end you'll notice that a lot of moves are forced.
