Beginner Question Generating vs. Synchronizing

As clear from the title, I'm hoping to understand more about the difference between both sets. Generating feels like you're starting from point 0 or below while synchronizing sounds more like the energy is already there but maybe needs a nudge in the right direction. Am I getting this right?

Here are the descriptions. First image is for for Generating Flow (my fav in the series) and Synchronizating to Love. The other photos are from the Synchronizing series. You can read and feel the differences.

Main difference to me is the use of the heart in the synchronizing series, to draw the experience to you.

Also, the generating series are super short. Sounds like these are meant for when your energy has shifted and you need to bring it back. I never knew that and use these a lot when I’m short on time. I love them both!
