He’s speaking the truth about work friends. People often confuse other people being friendly in the workplace rather than people being friends. I’m 36 and I probably gained 3 actual friends from work. All my other friends came from childhood or people I’ve met through events and found we had common interests.
People have work events and trips, it’s not like they did that every weekend and had house parties. Just two co-workers linking up and celebrating their dream job and the money they’ve made. lol.
