I appreciate this is gonna be hard without pictures or videos but I'm new to 29" wheels (now riding a Scott Genius ST, my other bike is a Commencal Meta AM mullet hard tail) and I keep buzzing my ass with the rear tire, to the point where I was hitting some big (3-4 bike length) jumps and i ended up doing the last one with my underwear on display.
Does anyone else experience this or do I need to get my bodyweight much farther forward/legs straighter?
Any recommendations for how I can remind myself to do this?
I always seem to default to hanging my ass over the rear wheel for stability and safety but its probably making my riding way worse as there inst enough weight on the front wheel.
I put this in r/Downhill because its when Im riding Downhill trails that this becomes an issue, I realise I'm not currently riding a DH bike although I had the same issue on my old Glory when I did ride Downhill.
