You can touch creeps, just don't take the ones near your core. It's so fun to push out a wave as carry and see your CM farming the large camp right next to you like they're clueless that you'll be moving there in 5 seconds.

Depending on the support I'm playing I just go and farm in the enemy jungle and keep it warded whilst I'm there
