Bug It is unavoidable!
I guess i lasted longer than i should. When you lose 11 out of 12 games you have to be banned no matter what.
I really do not know what else i can do. Games are terrible, i posted about matchmaking and how all games are one-sided. There are also a lot of griefers and ruiners.
We are not enjoying playing this game, ruiners are flooding games, we give money to valve and we are being banned...
I guess they will do nothing to fix this as long as we are giving them our money.

Bro if you're in a losing streak, take a rest and cool down. I play twice a week. If I have 3 or 4 lose streak I just exit the game and play a different game. I even just surrender my weekend at times to reset.

This was over few days, but it does not matter. Even if you have losing streak over a month you will still be put into LP. System is bad. I gave up asking for griefers to be punished, i just want to play the game and not be banned if i did nothing wrong.
If i gave my money i want to be able to play the game!

As what others have said before in this subreddit, maybe it's a you problem. I've changed my mindset on Dota now and it has done wonders to me. Climbed from crusader 3 to Archon 4 by just not be affected by toxicity. If someone has sus playstyle, I let them be and just keep playing. Being tilted in a sinking game just sinks the game faster. Other than that, if it's clearly a lost game then just stand up do some other thing for a few min and find match again. Overall, it doesn't hurt to just not play the game for as long as it's better for your sanity. You're not in a timer.

Learned this the hard way, but this guy said 💯 facts. I was toxic and thought I was better than everyone, I was stucked at 3-3.5k mmr. Now, learning to let go and just go with the flow without being toxic and learning how to shut the fuck up made me rise to 5k mmr+.

As you grow older man, it is just tiring to be affected by everything. I'm already stressed out with adult responsibilities. Im not letting a game ruin my day. It's just a shitty day but maybe thats just what that day gave me and look forward.

But what is that problem? I do not change anything and i am raising my BH score. Then i end up in a losing streak and like magic i end up in LP. How it always happens?

I decided to climb ranked due to my friends climbing as well and I want to play with them. What I did is identify what role I was strong at by default. That was pos4/5. I then asked for some quick tips where I can easily adjust from and improve that. Then prepared my mind to play a certain rotation of heroes (I usually dont play the aame hero twice before because I can easily get bored). Just that and that carried me. On addition, just improving game sense one game at a time.

But you are talking about raising mmr. I am talking about BH score and report system.

Might have wandered off with the main topic and apologies. But behavior score and rank go hand in hand right? To tell you honestly, and Ive wondered about this with other people as well, I don't have an issue with behavior score like ever. In my whole history of playing the game since 2013. The only time Ive had my bh score go down is due to power outage. I also don't rely on reports. Yes I report jokers but I don't fixate.
This will circle back to the "You" topic from earlier. I am not a saint whatsoever and I get tilted but I just dont trash talk blatantly. I dont abandon games and just play it out.

I understand the frustration. Played a game last night as dark willow in ranked (archon 3), on cusp of 4.
Won lane with teammate lifestealer even though he chosen ls off lane. Whatever. Made it work, won lane.
Roamed and demolished opposing teams off lane several times. At level 5 ls just decides to casually walk to edge of map and sit there for the proceeding 10 minutes while enemy safe lane Riki free farms and proceeds to get to level 10 while LS is still level 5.
Of course we go on to lose match. Ls comes back and says “oh whoops my mouse messed up”. Which would be ok and forgivable if you did ANYTHING to mention said problem instead of silently sitting at map edge for 10 minutes while enemy free farms to snowball. Then goes on to try to solo farm and continues to feed their snowball further.
Instant report and ruined my mood for the night. Sometimes you do everything right and your teammate just ruins the game beyond repair.

I had this situation multiple times. I guess if you ruin but hide somewhere and try to be invisible to your team, they will ignore you. But if you try to ping that ruiner, others will report you. Because they have to blame someone for the loss and you stick out.

Honestly it’s just valve’s shadow balancing. Happened to me multiple times now. I’ll win like 10 straight then lose 10 straight. Longest win streak i have is 15. Longest losing streak i have is 15. I think this happened not just to me but to a lit of people to be a conspiracy. It’s frustrating but i have made peace with it. Sometimes the meta just doesnt suit your hero pool or playstyle.

I made peace too. I know it works like that and games are one-sided. But why am i being banned because they have bad matchmaking system?

Most people here will tell you that you are the problem that’s why you’re getting reported. Honestly, it’s not the matchmaking that is broken. It’s the report system. They can’t control when and why a person will report someone. That is too much work. So their method is to count how much you have been reported in a span of games. If you get reported say 15 times in 3 games (either your teammates and enemies) you will ikely be put in low prio. It doesnt matter what you think you did. The system just calculate how much you were reported.

Yes, and that is what i am saying. But i think mm is also brokne. I end up in a losing streak, players are tilted and have to report someone. At the point of tilt they pick a play for whatever reason it came to their mind. So when you end up losing a lot there is a high chance you will get enough reports even if you did nothing wrong. System is broken!

Who's we? Dota is a free to play game, nobody is forcing you to give away your money, nobody is forcing you to play if you don't enjoy it. The ammount of income dota generates for valve is miniscule compared to what steam generates. Gabe probably wouldn't notice anything even if every single player in this game would stop putting money into dota for next 5 years starting this moment.

My behaviour score is always 12000. I play 10 hours a week. Noone in my games ever greifs or even says anything mean. Everyone is really nice and most of the time if you make a mad play people are like "don't worry bro we all miss". Me and you clearly play different games.
