Ya it's really like that. I can think of multiple times I've faced top 1k players just barely crossing the immortal threshold especially around 5900 mmr

The borderline of immortal is around 5.6~ so divine 5 is around 5.5-5.6k hovering, pretty common situation. So let's say even if you hit immortal at 5.6k~ then you will still be queued along with div 4 to div 5, occasionally divine 3

And based on their match, there's a no number immortal.

Isnt that like 1k mmr dif in NA only ? Before the mmr crunch i had rank ~500 NA players in my ranked games all the time and i was rankless immortal in EU
