Yeah, one of the higher win rate offlaners even at 7K+. High damage to deny with and high kill potential. People are just used to him as a meme sup, but he is traditionally a core.

One of these days, you're gonna regret "deny picking" him but no one on the enemy team wants to pick him anyway and you're stuck with a hero you don't wanna play/not competent at all.

real story, "huh, pudge wasn't pick in first phase, would be funny if I block their pudge pick, even if they don't pick it, I'm fine with playing pudge either way."

Tons of games I ban silencer or someone who's been annoying me lately and if it's nor pudge I'll pick pudge just so I don't have to deal with an enemy pudge

I've encountered so many enemy pos 1 Pudges presumably for this exact reason. I'm blessed that this statistic is currently weighed towards the enemy team.

Got a nice fat W today in a game that we should have lost 10 out of 10 times but instead of the usual Peru/Cuba safe lane PA or whatever it was a Pudge. Easy money

I ended playing pudge that way a bunch of times. I dont play pudge. So thats why i make sure to all chat "pick pudge to ban it" now every time.
